PNC Bank not downloading since February 23, 2026 - Quicken
Windows - Quicken Classic Personal & Business R66.23 Using PNC Bank - Direct Connect, I'm unable to download any transactions after Feb 23, 2026. Please include me in any ticket so I can be kept aware of the resolution.

8. Close Internet Options and try updating Quicken again. If the issue persists only with PNC, it is likely temporary. Since Quicken does not have access to the bank’s servers, you will need to contact PNC’s Online Services support for assistance. Ask to speak with a representative who handles transaction download issues.

October 2025 PNC Bank update breaks Quicken One-Step Update
After PNC Bank updated there banking interface on October 26, 2025, One Step updates to Quicken stopped working. To fix this, one needs to Disconnect and Reconnect your PNC Bank accounts and use Express One Connect+ as the connection method and link the PNC Account to your existing Quicken Account to start getting updates again.
